Our services are divided into two main categories, each with specific usage terms:
2.1. Chat Interface
The chat interface is provided for interactive and experimental purposes. You acknowledge that conversations on the public chat interface may be used to improve our models, as detailed in our Privacy Policy.
2.2. API Services
Our API is designed for developers and businesses. We guarantee that data sent through our API is not used for model training and is processed ephemerally. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your API keys.
3. User Conduct
You agree not to use HelpingAI services to:
- Generate content that is illegal, harmful, or promotes violence.
- Attempt to reverse engineer or extract the underlying model weights.
- Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the services.
- Create multiple accounts to bypass usage limits or free tier restrictions.
4. Intellectual Property
HelpingAI retains all rights, title, and interest in and to the AI models, software, and underlying technology. You retain rights to the inputs you provide and the outputs generated for your specific use case, subject to these terms.
5. Disclaimer of Warranties
The services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. HelpingAI does not guarantee that the services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that the generated content will be accurate. AI models can hallucinate; always verify important information.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, HelpingAI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits or data, arising out of or in connection with your use of the services.
7. Changes to Terms
We may modify these terms at any time. We will provide notice of material changes by updating the "Effective Date" at the top of this page. Your continued use of the services constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
